Dark Star
The game has no accounts and no sign-in, and asks you for nothing. Your progress, coins and settings are saved on your own device and are never sent anywhere.
The one thing that does leave your device is advertising. Dark Star shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google collects data — including your device's advertising ID — to select and measure them. That is the whole of it.
The game keeps a single settings file in its own private storage. It holds only:
Nothing in that file identifies you, and none of it is transmitted, backed up to us, or shared. Uninstalling the game deletes it.
Dark Star shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, which is the only advertising provider in the app. When an ad is requested, Google receives information from your device in order to choose, deliver and measure the ad. That typically includes:

Some ads are optional and rewarded: you can choose to watch one to continue a run. Declining changes nothing except that you do not receive the reward.
On launch, the game requests a small static file over HTTPS to see whether a newer version has been released. The request sends no information about you — only what any web request necessarily carries, such as your IP address. If the check fails for any reason, the game simply continues.

The game requests no access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or precise location.
Android lets you control this identifier directly, without uninstalling anything. In Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device) you can reset the advertising ID, or delete it entirely so apps can no longer use it for personalised advertising.
The same Android settings screen lets you opt out of ad personalisation. You will still see ads, but they will not be selected based on your advertising profile.
Uninstalling Dark Star removes all data the game has stored on your device. Because nothing is held on a server, there is no separate account or record to delete.
Dark Star is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, contact us at the address below and we will act on it.
We hold no data about you, so we retain none. Data collected by Google in the course of serving ads is retained by Google under its own policies, linked above.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be reflected in the app's Google Play listing.
